1) Remove the deprecated version of WebMediaStreamDescriptor::initialize 2) Remove a deprecated constant from WebPeerConnection00HandlerClient 3) Make the two constructSDP functions in WebMediaStreamCenter optional to override. This is part of the preparation to remove PeerConnection00.
