Parser/tiny-innerHTML.html takes moer than 150s to finish on the Chromium Mac bot. We need to reduce the amount of time we spend in this test: http://build.webkit.org/builders/Chromium%20Mac%20Release%20%28Perf%29/builds/1616/steps/perf-test/logs/stdio

This is no longer happening after we've switched to use runPerSecond.
