Set the CLIENT_BASED_GEOLOCATION flag in Chromium. Enable test fast/dom/Geolocation/delayed-permission-timeout.html

Enable CLIENT_BASED_GEOLOCATION in the WebKit Chromium smoke tests in preparation for enabling client-based geolocation support in Chromium itself.
