CSS Box Alignment introduced some overflow rules for non-normal-aligned absolutely positioned boxes to allow these boxes to overflow their inset-modified containing block while trying to stay within the original containing block. We need to implement these rules. https://www.w3.org/TR/css-align-3/#auto-safety-position
