On top of providing the package in the Flatpak SDK (bug #277626) we need to make sure wkdev-sdk (https://github.com/Igalia/webkit-container-sdk) also provides it. Once those are in place, we can always prefer the system-installed version of the library.

Almost all moving parts are now in place. We can switch developer builds to use the system sysprof-capture once an updated Flatpak SDK gets deployed.
