Recently, it was announced in webkit-dev an ongoing effort to migrate WPE from Cairo to Skia: https://lists.webkit.org/pipermail/webkit-dev/2024-February/032615.html This new post-commit build bot will test WPE using the Skia backend.

We need to pass -DUSE_SKIA=ON to CMake for this build queue, I will submit a patch to arrange passing the command line flag.
