Load this site http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php When loading is complete page should display a looped national weather picture

This site,http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php, loaded and animation worked correctly one time. Second time I accessed this sit, http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php,e animation failed to work as has been the situation for several weeks now. I am using WebKit-SVN-r38860.
