This is a slow test that usually takes more than 20 seconds, but it times out a lot on Apple Mojave Debug WK2.

I cannot reproduce this timeout locally with 500 iterations. Should we mark it slow on Mojave Debug WK2?

This is a slow test, so I think this is the correct resolution.
