Load the URL on this bug (from bug 6834) and select the first row of text (I started at the very beginning of the first row and went straight down). The entire row of text disappears instead of being highlighted. Forcing a repaint fixed it.

Actually the test case can also be found here: https://bugs.webkit.org/attachment.cgi?id=5982 And the bug still reproduces in r42966, even after all my repaint fixes of late. :(
