The page does not specify any encoding information in the HTTP headers nor within the document itself. Firefox 3.0b3 also displays this incorrectly. Opera 9.50beta renders this correctly.

MSIE also doesn't display this site correctly unless the default encoding matches. Closing as INVALID, but adding as an example to bug 4120.
