Two IDL files are missing, thus the JS binding of these objects will fail.

Add attachment proposed patch, testcase, etc.

Reni, did you want to add those two and enable their constructors in DOMWindow.idl?

The suggested IDL's are in WebCore. Should some IDLs still be missing, open a bug report for each IDL or a combination of IDL by name please.
