This works because the 1st-level inspector is not actually deallocated for 60 seconds to make reopens fast. We should either automatically close the 2nd-level inspector when the 1st level inspector is closed (but not cleaned up), or always keep the 1st level inspector around (possibly hidden) if 2nd-level inspector is open.
