* SUMMARY When viewing the Japanese ADC web site (http://developer.apple.com/jp/), the correct charset is not detected resulting in no Japanese fonts being rendered. * STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Launch Safari 3.0 with ToT WebKit. 2. Go to URL: http://developer.apple.com/jp/ 3. Compare to same page in Firefox 2.0.0.4 or Safari 2.0.4. * EXPECTED RESULTS Japanese characters should be rendered on the page. * ACTUAL RESULTS Non-Japanese characters are rendered on the page where there should be Japanese. * REGRESSION This is a regression from Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) with original WebKit on Mac OS X 10.4.10 (8R218). Tested with a local debug build of WebKit r24303 with Safari 3.0 (522.12) on 10.4.10 (8R218).
