Created attachment 236680 [details] Scroll against the edges of the container to see the bug. In iOS, scrolling near the edge of a scroll snapping container causes the snap animation to slow down considerably.

I cannot reproduce this bug in the simulator, so I'm going to close it. Let's reopen if we see it again somewhere.
