The example document demoes that OBJECT-tags containing html tags, do not get evaluated/interpreted in WebKit, as of 25th of April 2005 and neither does it get intepreted in the released version (Safari version 2.0.3 — build 417.9.2).
The test page contains some sections with <h1>-elements containing <object><ol><li>text</li></ol></object>. (Using OBJECT is one of few element that can be used for for inserting a HTML-list inside a H-element.) The contained ordered list, gets displayed as such in all other web browsers: Internet Explorer 5 (Mac OS X), Internet Explorer 6 (Windows), Opera 9beta, iCab and Firefox.
But in Safari, we get nothing of the content of OBJECT - in these cases.
