Hi Team,

Taking this PR as an example - https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/8921

I noticed that EWS run through whole build process, can we make it smarter so if the modified file is .md, we don't run it through whole ordeal?

Just wanted to raise it for input and if something which is on radar to be optimized.
