There has been a few releases since the last update we did. It would
be also interesting to compare again Mold and LLD to see if the newer
versions have improved performance.

While at it, we can also update the hwloc package, which is one
of Mold's dependencies (mold → tbb → hwloc) that has received a
bugfix update recently.
