The following two tests are consistently failing (harness timeout) on iOS since they were enabled with https://commits.webkit.org/259006@main

imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/user-activation/activation-trigger-pointerevent.html?mouse

My change split one test into 3 variants. Before my change imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/user-activation/activation-trigger-pointerevent.html was skipped completely on iOS.

Now we only need to skip 2 out of the 3 variants on iOS. This is a progression, not a regression. Re-skipping those 2 variants is the right thing to do and no further action is needed.
