Hi Team, I am raising this bug to track so we can prepare testcase, so we don't have same bug in the future. Blink Commit mentioned that the test case would be difficult since it will have flakiness due to timing of events etc. but Eric mentioned on Slack that it would be possible to create test while "simulating the same thing by using a WebVTT track with lots and lots of cues". Further, we can use bug 250548 test case and change it into testcase as well. I am just raising it to track and look into it with guidance and fix this unless if someone else beat me to it. Thanks!
