Steps to reproduce.

1. Put in the URL bar: 
    data:text/html,<!doctype html><div>This is a <a href="https://webkit.org/">text inside a link. Try to select me. Can you?</a> It's hard.</div> 
2. Attempt to select "Try to select me"


Expected:
Select the text

Actual:
Impossible


On Firefox, you can select with option + select
