Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Safari on iPad
2. Go to above mentioned URL
3. Tap on the Launch Fullscreen button
4. In full screen mode tap on the FullScreen API link or DWB logo icon
5. Tap on close X button
6. Tap again on the close (X) button

Observed results:
At step5, Observe that fullscreen mode doesn’t dismiss
At step6, full screen mode dismisses

Expected results:
Full Screen mode should dismiss on single click of the close (X) button
