TestIPC is not in EWS, causing regressions

Maybe it could be run in EWS? It should now be relatively stable and fast. If it's too slow, let's adjust that?

Probably no big reason not to, just a lot of plumbing.

How much plumbing is required? Is this plumbing something that is in the public WebKit source?
