https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=250355 changed these tests to use `eventSender.monitorWheelEvents()` which seems not to work on GTK here:

fast/events/wheel/wheelevent-in-text-node.html
fast/scrolling/rtl-scrollbars-listbox-scroll.html
scrollbars/scroll-rtl-or-bt-layer.html
