We can get updated copy from source.chromium.org, which might not have these. Just wanted to raise so we can fix these failures. Thanks!

Syncing SVGFEDropShadowElement and SVGFEGaussianBlurElement.setStdDeviation() with the specs is addressed in bug 251182. Syncing SVGTests with the specs is addressed in bug 204125 Let's have this bug for syncing the SVGAnimationElement with the specs.
