Not sure `webcoreBinding: custom` works here. There are 39 boolean members representing preferences in DeprecatedGlobalSettings. There is 1 representing a string. In UnifiedWebPreferences.yaml, there are 30 usages of DeprecatedGlobalSettings, meaning there is about 9 missing. Brent or Elliott, can you take a look?
