Hi Team,

While going through Blink's commit, I came across another failing testcase:

Test Case - https://jsfiddle.net/wko4bq62/show

^ Took from Chrome bug and it fails in Safari 16.2 only while Chrome Canary 111 and Firefox Nightly 110 can type more than 39 characters.

Blink Commit - https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/blink?view=revision&revision=168513

Just wanted to raise this so we can fix this, it might be possible to do 1-1 merge but will try later.

Thanks!
