mac-wk2-stress bot fails to run newly imported W3C tests.

This PR adds one new web platform test:  <https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/7947>

Yet the mac-wk2-stress bot fails to run any tests from the PR:  <https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/62/builds/44178>

I expected the mac-wk2-stress bot to run the new test in stress mode.

This isn't W3C test specific, the bot isn't working on PRs
