Hi Team,

While going through Blink's commit, I came across another failing test in Safari 16.2 and Safari Technology Preview 159:

^ Stretched compared to looking perfect like Chrome Canary 110 and Firefox Nightly 110

I don't know whether it will be 1-1 merge but it is still good to track failing test cases. Hence, I am raising this bug.
