Adding support to custom WPT domains requires macOS Ventura or later. The test expectations are going to change quite a bit for all tests which rely on WPT custom domains. To prepare for this, we need to move the current test expecations for affected tests to platform-specific directories for macOS BigSur and macOS Monterey.
