Steps to reproduce.

1. Run `import-w3c-tests -t web-platform-tests/css/css-contain/container-queries`
2. Tests are being imported from upstream.
3. Log is being displayed and a summary.

Actual:

There should be the WPT Upstream commit ID and the date/time stamp of the import
Ready to be copied-pasted into a commit message for WebKit.
