In <SELECT> dropdowns, <OPTGROUP> tags are duplicated for no reason. I've confirmed this in Safari on iOS16.1.1, iPhone 13. It also happens in Chrome on iOS.

Thank you for the report! Could you please clarify why you said “still”, are you referring to some prior bug report?

Could you please provide a test case, not just a screenshot?
