The "Restrict this session to this IP address" causes Bugzilla to end a session when iCloud Private Relay is used in certain cases. Additionally due to other reasons such as when a user is behind a NAT or proxy, source ip address changes, Bugzilla drops a session.

With the coming planned update to Bugzilla, where we will be running multiple instances behind load balancers, this option causes additional issues.

This proposed change remove the option from the Login screen.
