Description Miguel Salinas 2022-10-10 15:54:58 PDT
We are currently using RunningBoard on iOS (and soon macOS) to throttle WebContent processes. At its most throttled state a WebContent process will have a CPU priority of DARWIN_BG but will still be running. We should fully suspend background WebContent processes behind a new runtime flag.
