TextureMapper: imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-transforms/transform3d-rotatex-perspective-003.html is failing

The corner of the element is lacking.
TextureMapperLayer::computeOverlapRegions calculates the bounding box of transformed layer.
It should take the edge distance anti-aliasing inflation area into account.
