In a HLS live stream, if you play, pause, change the playbackRate to 2 and play again, when playback reaches the live point it fires a pause and an ended event.

The stream has not finished so it should not fire an ended event.

Reproduced on macOS v11.6.4 - Safari v15.5 and on macOS v12.5 - Safari v15.6
