Is an almost constant image failure on iOS wk2 ToT and since a re-sync at 254253@main.

This issue can be bisected to 254253@main using command:

run-webkit-tests -f --exit-after-n-failures 1  --force  --child-processes=5 --iterations=500  --ios-simulator  --release compositing/clipping/border-radius-async-overflow-non-stacking.html

This just needs some pixel tolerance.

I tried using CA_DISABLE_GENERIC_SHADERS to fix this and it didn't help.
