GTK EWS builder got triggered twice for hash ab3a819a:

https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/36/builds/80406 succeeded
https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/36/builds/80413 got skipped because the hash was outdated

Looking at scheduler name in build properties, I see that one was "pull_request", and another was "gtk-build-ews".
