Video showing menu items on YouTube being scrolled away

Problem: On youtube.com, the items in the menu on the left are scrolled away together with the rest of the page content.

Expected behaviour: the items in the menu should stay in place unless scrolled when the cursor hovers over the menu

This bug cannot be reproduced in WebKitGTK 2.37.1 (in Epiphany GTK 4) or 2.36.6 (in Epiphany GTK 3)

This behaviour can no longer be observed in WebKitGTK 2.39.4
