Updated Polish translation for 2.38

Here is updated Polish translation of WebKitGTK from the Polish GNOME translation team for the upcoming 2.36 release.

I meant 2.38, obviously. There were no string changes in the 2.36 release cycle, so we skipped it.

Updated Polish translation for 2.38, with an actually up-to-date version

Turns out https://l10n.gnome.org/module/webkit/ was still using the old SVN sources, so the .po files weren’t current. Please commit the new version of the translation.
