SVG: wrongly painted selected text on a path

1. Open the test case
2. Ctrl-A to select all text

Actual: not all characters are highlighted

The issue has also a funny twist.

1. Load the test case
2. Command A to select All. (The highlight color is happening only on the first half of the text)
3. Click outside of the window. (the non focused highlight grey in my case is selecting the full text)
4. Click back in the window (the full highlight color is drawn on the text).

Safari 16.5 / Safari Technology Preview 171 seems to work fine with Ctrl+A and show selection across all chararcters

@Karl - can you confirm you get same, so we can mark this as ‘REOSLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED’?
