RemoteImageBufferProxy::getPixelBuffer() uses too small PixelBuffer for resolutionScale() > 1 ImageBuffers

This causes GPUP write big image to the SHM and WP read small image from the SHM.

Blocks bug 240056 as that makes SharedMemory more strict.
