With what's in WPT now we've regressed from Safari 15.6 -> Safari 16, since https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/commit/d8dbe6990bed03ec03beee25069a9347d4c3d6d5 made our earlier change incorrect. (See also: https://github.com/WebAssembly/js-types/pull/34)
