Video of buggy behavior

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Fedora 36 VM
2. Run session on X.org
3. Clone and run https://github.com/squili/webkit-flickering-example

Expected results:
The top portion of the webpage doesn't change.

Actual results:
Occasionally, the top half of the webpage will be scrolled up for one frame after a resize. This can been seen in the attached video about 4 seconds in.

Version & Hardware:
WebKit2GTK3 2.36.5 on Framework Laptop (11th gen)

Additional Builds and Platforms:
Ubuntu: Haven't been able to replicate, but I may have just not had the right setup
Fedora on Wayland: Haven't been able to replicate
