After 252822@main landed, TestWebKitAPI.WebKit2.SpeechRecognitionMediaCaptureStateChange is consistently failing and TestWebKitAPI.WebKit2.SpeechRecognitionMediaCaptureStateChange is consistently timing out on macOS bots

These tests are disabled on iOS, because of https://webkit.org/b/175204, so I can't say for sure whether or not this failure is limited to macOS.
