now that STP exists, we need to snapshot the protocol for macOS too

as an example, if STP (which is latest ToT) is installed on macOS 12.3, using STP to inspect an app on the system (i.e. not a page in that same STP) will have issues because STP will use it's included protocol instead of the one that the system WebKit has
