Is a constant failure on iOS Release ToT. Last passing on revision 252133@main.

I was able to reproduce this issue on iOS Release ToT by running command:

run-api-tests TestWebKitAPI.ProcessSwap.NavigateToCrossSiteThenBackFromJS
