padding-inline-end have different display in chrome and webkit.
It might be a bug.
attachment have two file only padding-inline-end.
my webkit version is 2.36.0

Test reduction

This looks like a Blink bug (FF and Safari agrees so does Blink when the padding change is not dynamic but driven by stylesheet)
