https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206514 fixed this for GTK, https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=242214 will fix this for viewport snapshots on Cocoa. We aren't able to do element snapshots that way yet since we can't get snapshots in the UIProcess of stuff that isn't part of the viewport.
