When adding a home screen bookmark, the iPad ignores the orientation media query for `apple-touch-startup-image`.

As a result, in landscape mode, the image from portrait mode is used, and it is ugly stretched.

Thank you for the report! Not sure if this is a WebKit issue, given that apple-touch-startup-image is a Safari feature.

The cause of this issue is outside of WebKit, so resolving as MOVED.

Work is being conducted in the relevant component under rdar://56103114.
