Recent Xcodes (12.3 and above) have a SYSTEM_PREFIX prefix variable which, among other things, expands to /System/iOSSupport when building for Catalyst. We should adopt this and get rid of our WK_ALTERNATE_FRAMEWORKS_DIR-based settings logic.
